This Privacy Notice applies to personal information collected and processed by Shenzhen Moyoung Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates ("Da Voice," "Moyoung," "we," "us," or "our") through our website and the Da Voice application. For ease of reading, our website and application are collectively referred to as the "Services."
Important: This Privacy Policy is designed with your needs in mind. It is important that you understand our practices regarding the collection and use of personal information and that you are ultimately able to exercise control over the personal information you provide to us.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, process, and store any information you provide to us when you use the Da Voice application. In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means information that can be used to identify an individual, whether used alone or together with other related information. We will use such information only in strict accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may collect information about you from you, from other sources, and automatically when you use our Services.

We process your information strictly within the scope, purposes, and methods of collection stated in this Privacy Policy. The types of personal information we actually collect and the permissions we request will not exceed what this Policy describes. If we need to adjust the scope, purposes, or methods of collection for business reasons, we will notify you in advance through in-app dialogs, push notifications, or other easily noticeable means, and we will implement changes only after obtaining your explicit consent.
We use Google Firebase to help us analyze how our product is used. That service automatically collects certain aggregated statistical information, which may include:
Age bracket: estimated bracket such as 18–24, 25–34, 35–44, 45–54, 55–64, and 65+ (this is an estimate from Firebase's model, not your exact age).
App store: the store from which the app was downloaded and installed.
App version: version name (Android) or bundle version (iOS).
Browser: the browser from which user activity originated.
City: the city where user activity originated.
Continent: the continent where user activity originated.
Country: the country where user activity originated.
Device brand: the brand name of the mobile device (e.g., Motorola, LG, or Samsung).
Device category: the category of the mobile device (e.g., phone or tablet).
Device model: the model name (e.g., iPhone 5s or SM-J500M).
Gender: male or female.
Language: the device OS language setting (e.g., en-us or pt-br).
Subcontinent: the subcontinent where user activity originated.

(2) Google Firebase is a service provider located outside mainland China. For the analytics purposes described above, some aggregated statistical information may be transferred to and processed on servers outside mainland China. We use contractual and other measures to ensure security measures that are no lower than the standard of protection described in this Policy.
To help ensure stable device connectivity, verify account security, and optimize device compatibility, after you agree to this Privacy Policy we may collect the following device-related information:
Device identifiers: Android ID, device MAC address.
Basic device information: device model, OS version.
Application information: list of installed applications (only for compatibility checks and troubleshooting).
This information is used only to improve your experience with smart wearables and the Da Voice app, not for purposes unrelated to the Services.
As described below, we use your information to improve, support, and administer the platform, enable you to use its features, and fulfill and enforce our Terms of Service.
We generally use the information we collect to:
Respond to requests for products, services, platform features, support, and internal operations information, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and statistics.
Use end-user health and activity data to enhance your experience with activity trackers and smart devices and help you get the most from fitness plans.
Improve and develop our platform and conduct product development.
Understand how you use the platform, including across devices.
Train and improve our technologies, such as machine learning models and algorithms.
Any other purposes disclosed when we collect your information or with your consent.
Enable stable connection and pairing between smart wearables and your phone.
Verify account security and help prevent unauthorized or abnormal access.
Optimize app compatibility and performance across device models and OS versions.
Diagnose technical issues such as crashes or connection failures.
We do not access your personal data for our own independent purposes. We only process personal data lawfully obtained from publicly accessible sources or lawfully shared by third parties where such processing is necessary to provide the relevant Services and consistent with the purposes stated in this Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal data you submit to Da Voice is accurate. Da Voice strives to keep personal data accurate, complete, and up to date.
Where required by applicable law, you may (i) request access to certain personal data we hold about you, (ii) request that we update or correct inaccuracies, (iii) object to or restrict certain processing, and (iv) request deletion of your personal data from our systems. For security, we may require a written request. We will verify your identity as required by local law. We may refuse requests that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, infeasible, or would harm others' privacy.
To delete personal data from the Da Voice app, go to My Da Voice > My account > Delete account and confirm. After confirmation, your personal data will be removed from this application as described.
When you exercise these rights, we may need to verify your identity for security. We will review and respond within a reasonable time. In general, we will complete deletion or anonymization of your personal data in the app and on our servers within 15 business days after receiving a deletion request, unless a longer period is required by law.
Where permitted by law, if Da Voice processes your personal data based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal, nor processing based on other lawful grounds.
You may control certain information we collect through your browser settings to refuse or disable cookies. Each browser differs; please refer to your browser's instructions. You may need additional steps to refuse or disable certain cookie types. Your choices are specific to the browser or device you use when you disable cookies, so you may need to disable cookies separately for each browser or device type. If you refuse, disable, or delete cookies, some features of the platform may no longer work. Without this information, we may not be able to provide all requested services.
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals to apps. Because browsers implement this feature differently, we do not currently respond to those signals.
To protect your experience and feature completeness, this app may trigger auto-start or associated launch in reasonable scenarios such as:
When the system language or region settings change, the app may wake via system broadcast to refresh in-app multilingual display so the UI stays consistent with your system settings.
We do not frequently auto-start or associate-launch third-party apps when not required for the Services or without a reasonable scenario, and we do not use this capability for purposes unrelated to the Services.
As part of the app's functionality, and in accordance with your instructions and authorization, the app may collect contact lists, images, media, notifications, SMS-related data, and upload it to your smartwatch. Such data is processed only briefly and is not shared with any third party.
We use reasonable measures to help protect information against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. You should understand that no data storage system or transmission over the Internet or other public networks can be guaranteed 100% secure. Information collected by third parties may not have the same protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for securing such third-party information.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the platform and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We also retain information where necessary to comply with contractual and legal obligations, where we have a legitimate business interest (such as improving and developing the platform and enhancing its security, integrity, and stability), and to exercise or defend legal claims.
Retention periods vary depending on factors such as the type of information and the purpose of use. For example, when we process profile information to provide the platform, we retain it for as long as you maintain an account.
Your related data may be stored on your smartphone. Storage rules include:
Mobile app: health, personal (including name/contact), preferences, and content data in formats such as .xml and .txt, retained while you use the Services. After you delete your account, unless retention is required by law, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period.
If you violate our Terms of Service, community guidelines, or other policies, we may delete your profile immediately but may retain other information to address the violation.
We store personal information collected in mainland China within mainland China, as required by applicable laws and regulations.
We do not currently transfer or store your personal information across borders. If cross-border transfer or storage becomes necessary for business reasons in the future, we will inform you of the purpose, recipients, safeguards, and risks, and obtain your consent where required.
We take protection of minors' personal information seriously.
If you are under 18, you should obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using the Services, as required by applicable laws and regulations.
The Services are not directed at children under 14 (or another age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you learn that your child has provided us personal information without your consent, please contact us as described below. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal information in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the child's account.
Unless otherwise stated in this Policy, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under local law, where applicable. You may contact us using the details at the end of this Policy; after we verify your identity, we will handle your request in accordance with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of the Policy, publishing a new policy, or providing any other notice required by applicable law. We encourage you to review this Policy whenever you access the platform to stay informed about our practices. Your continued use of the Services on our products, website, mobile devices, and/or other devices will constitute acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If we collect additional personal information, or use or disclose your personal information for new purposes, we will obtain your consent again where required by applicable law.
